Joint Meeting Between Alnoor University and Alhamdaniya University to Discuss Cooperation in Organizing Three International Scientific Conferences

Alnoor University hosted a joint meeting on Tuesday morning, 14 July 2026, bringing together the Assistant President of Alnoor University for Scientific Affairs, Professor Dr. Ismail Abdulwahab Ismail, and the Dean of the College of Education for Humanities at Alhamdaniya University, Professor Dr. Khalil Shukri Hiyas.
The meeting discussed prospects for academic cooperation between the two universities, particularly Alhamdaniya University's proposal to jointly organize three international scientific conferences. During the meeting, Professor Dr. Ismail Abdulwahab Ismail presented his observations on the mechanisms for obtaining approval for these activities from the Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, as well as the organizational procedures governing their implementation.
Both sides agreed to submit the proposals to the Presidencies of Alnoor University and Alhamdaniya University to complete the procedures for their review and reach agreement on their implementation, based on the academic cooperation memoranda concluded between the two universities, in a manner that contributes to strengthening the scientific partnership and expanding the areas of research collaboration between the two institutions.
