A Faculty Member at Alnoor University Publishes a New Book Documenting the Appellate Decisions of the Nineveh Court of Appeal (Cassation Panel)

A new book has been published by Assistant Professor Dr. Fares Ahmed Aldulaimi,faculty member at the College of Law and Political Science At Alnoor University, a new book authored by its faculty member has been published, titled Selected Rulings of the Nineveh Court of Appeal Acting in Its Cassation Capacity.
The book includes a carefully selected collection of judicial decisions issued by the Nineveh Court of Appeal in its Cassation Capacity during 2025 in the civil division. It presents the most significant rulings concerning applications submitted before its courts and the Enforcement Directorate, while highlighting the legal principles established by those decisions.
