An academic from Alnoor University serves on the committee for a master’s thesis by a student at the University of Mosul

Iraqi universities continue to encourage their postgraduate students to study the vibrant contemporary cultural scene. Writers and creative figures from the Alnoor University community have earned a notable place among those whose works are being studied. The poetic plays of the writer Maisar Al-Khashab, a faculty member in the Department of English Language at the College of Education, Alnoor University, were selected as the subject of a master’s thesis submitted by postgraduate student Inas Abdul Aziz Al-Ajrawi to the Department of Arabic Language at the College of Education for Women, University of Mosul, entitled “Dramatic Structure in the Book Poetic Plays by the Poet Maisar Al-Khashab.
Key points were raised, and through discussions, the relationship between poetry and theater, as well as the artistic and dramatic structure of the plays, was addressed in a clear academic manner.
