Alnoor University Launches Its First Educational Course to Develop the Language Skills of Nineveh Education Teachers

In implementation of the joint cooperation agreement between Alnoor University and the General Directorate of Education in Nineveh, the Departments of Arabic Language and English Language at the College of Education, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Center, held on the morning of Sunday, September 13, 2026, the first educational course aimed at developing the language skills of teachers affiliated with Nineveh Education. The course will continue through September 16.
The opening session featured two welcoming remarks delivered by Prof. Dr. Khazal Fathi Zaidan, Dean of the College of Education, and Ms. Othman Dawood Sheet, representative of the Preparation and Training Department at the Nineveh Directorate of Education. It also included an introductory video presentation about Alnoor University, as well as the opening lecture delivered by Prof. Dr. Shoaib Saeed Abdul Fattah, Head of the Department of English Language at the College of Education, marking the launch of the course, which aims to enhance participants’ linguistic and educational skills and improve the quality of educational performance.
