Al-Noor University College hosted the opening ceremony of the Scouting Skills Development Course
and the implementation of the scout method for the rangers and guides, which began with the national anthem, where Prof. Dr. Yassin Taha Al-Hajjar, Dean of Al-Noor University College, gave an orientation speech, then Prof. Dr. Thaer Rashid, Chairman of the University Scout Committee, gave a speech from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, then a documentary film about Al-Noor University College was shown ..
After the break, the scout leader, Dr. Hassanein Abdel Wahed, a member of the Ministerial Committee, gave a lecture entitled Incentives, motivations, and the dynamism of scouting work. Then the leaders were allowed to conduct a field tour around the college, during which they visited Al-Noor FM radio and the educational dental clinics, noting that the participants were 80 leaders from 41 government and private universities and colleges.
