By virtue of Ministerial Decree No. 7565 issued on 1/4/2024, Al-Noor College has transformed into Al-Noor University. It stands as the first private university in Nineveh, encompassing seven colleges in its academic landscape. These colleges include the College of Dentistry, the College of Pharmacy, the College of Health and Medical Technologies, the College of Engineering, the College of Law, the College of Education, and the College of Arts. The College of Health and Medical Technologies comprises five departments: Medical Laboratory Techniques, Dental Prosthetics Techniques, Anesthesia Techniques, Radiology Techniques, and Optics Techniques. The College of Engineering consists of three departments: Construction Engineering and Project Management, Petroleum Engineering, and Artificial Intelligence Engineering. The College of Education is divided into four departments: Physical Education and Sports Sciences, English Language, Arabic Language, and Computer Science. Lastly, the College of Arts houses two departments, Digital Media and Translation.
