Al-Noor University attended the activities of the Cultural Week of Northern Technical University, which took place in the presence of the President of the Technical Education Authority, the Presidents of Mosul, Middle Technical, and Hamdaniya Universities, as well as a number of vice presidents, deans, and heads of scientific departments, in addition to a select group from the Northern Technical University community. The week coincided with the tenth anniversary of the transformation of technical education in Nineveh into a university. Dr. Aliaa Abbas Al-Attar, President of Northern Technical University, delivered a speech illuminating the university's journey and the importance of the cultural week. She expressed the university's joy at the transformation of Al-Noor College into Al-Noor University and its joining of the Nineveh Universities family. Following this, videos about the university and its achievements were presented. The President of the university then presented shields to the participating universities, including Al-Noor University.
