Personalities, visitors, and various entities are flocking to Al-Noor University to offer congratulations to its extensive community on the occasion of the transformation of Al-Noor College into Al-Noor University. A delegation from Al-Hadbaa Hospital specialized in thalassemia, headed by Dr. Medeen Al-Gharir, the hospital's director, along with Dr. Thaer Ibrahim Al-Sayegh, visited the university. Also present were the head and members of the thalassemia committee at Al-Noor University. They presented a bouquet of flowers and the hospital's shield, given by Dr. Medeen Al-Gharir, to Professor Dr. Yassin Taha Al-Hajjar, the university's president. Additionally, three bouquets were presented by the university's thalassemia committee to the university presidency, its board of trustees, and its administration. It is worth mentioning that two thalassemia patients were part of the delegation. After discussions, the chairman of the university's board of trustees promised to provide significant facilitations for the treatment of patients through bone marrow transplants, as well as to expand the admission of thalassemia patients as students free of charge.
