The scientific family of Al-Noor University College continues its presence in the scene of scientific activities of universities and research institutions, where Dr. Saleh Hussain Ali Assistant Professor of Constitutional Law in the Department of Law, participated in the discussion committee of the graduate student for the master’s level, Mohammed Abdullah Marei Hassan, about his thesis submitted to the Human Rights Law Branch at the College of Law at the University of Mosul and tagged (National Constitution for Economic, Social and Cultural Rights - Iraq as a Model)
The discussion committee was chaired by Asst. Prof. Dr. Mohammad Ezzat Fadel, and its membership included Asst. Prof. Dr. Suhaib Khalid Jassim, and Asst. Prof. Dr. Luqman Othman Ahmed, who are from the University of Mosul.
