Dr. Omar Qutaiba Al-Laila, an instructor in the Department of Pharmacy at Al-Noor University College, received a certificate of appreciation from the WILEY International Foundation for Scientific Publishing, for evaluating seven research papers in the International Journal of Clinical Practice for the previous year (2021).
