Publication of a new book in law for an instructor at Al-Noor University College

With support of Al-Noor University College, Dr. Faris Ahmed Al-Dulaimi, Assistant Professor in the department of law of the college issued his new book (Selected from Nineveh Court of Appeal`s judgment as discriminatory for 2019-2020). The book contains a set of selected decisions issued by the Nineveh Court of Appeal in its capacity as discriminatory for civil justice, penal decisions and decisions of the enforcement department, as well as reference to the legal materials on which the court`s decisions were based. The material of the book is consist of 409 pages.
