In the building of the Deanship of Al-Noor University College...this conference is supervised by Professor Dr. Zeina Ghanem Al-Obaidy, Dean of the College of Law at the Nineveh University. It is held within two axes: public law and the digital world, and private law and the digital world. It is a conference that is held in light of the openness of the law to the data of modern technologies.
