In the presence of Prof. Dr. Osama Al-Mashhadani, President of Nineveh University, and in the context of academic collaboration and leveraging of twinning agreements, the Department of Law at Al-Noor University College is collaborating with the College of Law at Nineveh University to organize the first scientific conference on law and the digital world on September 24th and 25th, 2023, in the conference hall of Al-Noor University College Deanship building. This conference is overseen by Professor Dr. Zeina Ghanem Al-Obaidi, the Dean of the College of Law at the Nineveh University. It is organized around two main themes: public law and the digital world, as well as private law and the digital world. This conference takes place in response to the law's increasing engagement with contemporary technological advancements.
