Under the sponsorship of His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Al-Noor University College held a graduation ceremony for its seventh year graduates...The Advancement and Reconstruction class, On the evening of Sunday, 10/22/2023 on the university campus in Al-shallalat area. The celebration included the entrance parade, cerebrations, and academic degree awarding.. The parades of banners bearers, graduates, teaching staff, and the college council were presented. Then the Dean of the College gave a speech on the occasion. After which the top graduate gave the graduates' speech. Then academic degrees were awarded to the graduates in eleven scientific departments. The graduates chanted the graduation oath and the graduates of the medical fields chanted the medical oath then the banner was handed over between two students, and the Dean handed gifts and shields to the top graduates
