A lecturer from Al-Noor University College publishes two scientific papers

Dr. Saleh Hussein Ali, Assistant Professor in the Department of Law at Al-Noor University College, published two research papers, the first of which is titled (The Impact of the Electoral System in Achieving Political Development) and was published in the first part of the research roundtable of the College of Law at the University of Mosul.
The second is shared with Dr. Sahar Mohammed Najeeb, a professor at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, under the title (The principle of citizenship is a guarantee for enhancing coexistence) and was published in the Arab Researcher magazine issued by the Arab Center for Legal and Judicial Research at the League of Arab States, Council of Arab Ministers of Justice..
