Professor Dr. Yassin Taha Al-Hajjar, the Dean of Al-Noor University College, attended the grand central celebration held by Ninawa University on the occasion of the anniversary of the university's establishment. He presented a bouquet of flowers to the university staff, received by Dr. Osama Al-Mashhadani, the university president, who in turn presented him with Ninawa University's shield as a symbol of the university's pride in the role of Al-Noor University College in areas of cooperation and communication.
