In collaboration between Northern Technical University and Al-Noor University College, a central celebration was held to mark International Women's Day on Sunday morning, March 10, 2024, in Al-Haiba Hall nearby Al-Baladiyat Park. The event included a speech by the President of the University, Dr. Aliaa Abbas Al-Attar, and activities for children. Following this, a panel discussion titled "Creatives at the Forefront" was conducted by the Media Advisor of Al-Noor University College, Thamer Mayouf. The panelists included Prof. Dr. Doha Bashir Abdullah, Dean of the College of Computer Science and Mathematics, Dr. Basma Ahmed, Dr. Sahbaa Nizar, and Mrs. Fatima. After the panel, several distinguished women and supportive men of the university's work were honored, including faculty members and staff from Al-Noor University College
