The initial days of Al-Noor University's transition to a university were marked by the presence of prominent figures in the city, including officials and intellectuals, who came to extend their congratulations to the university community, express their joy, and declare readiness for cooperation. A delegation from the Nineveh Traffic Directorate, led by Colonel Wissam Fathi Al-Jaaf, visited the university. The delegation was received by Professor Dr. Yassin Taha Al-Hajjar, the university president. A fruitful dialogue took place aimed at deepening cooperation and exchanging expertise. The meeting commenced with the presentation of a bouquet of flowers from the Nineveh Traffic Directorate to Al-Noor University, presented by Colonel Wissam Al-Jaaf and received by Professor Dr. Yassin Taha Al-Hajjar.
