As part of fostering communication with Al-Noor University and expressing the reception of cultural organizations and unions to the transformation of the college into a university with a spirit of enlightenment, a delegation from the Writers and Authors Union of Nineveh visited the university. The delegation included the poet Saad Mohammed, the president of the union in Nineveh, and the poet Abdul-Munim Al-Amir, a member of the central council of the General Union of Writers and Authors in Iraq. They presented a beautiful and expressive painting to the university, embracing both the university emblem and the union's logo, symbolizing genuine partnership and collaborative efforts in serving the community by revitalizing culture and enhancing the cultural level of people.
