The Civil Defense and Al-Noor University carry out a precautionary exercise.

As part of the vital cooperation between Al-Noor University and the Civil Defense Directorate in Nineveh, the directorate instructed the Civil Defense Center in Talkeef to organize a field exercise at Al-Noor University to familiarize relevant departments with the correct procedures to take in the event of an accident. This includes how to rescue the injured and evacuate critical cases to hospitals. The exercise involved participation from a group of Civil Defense Center personnel from Talkeef, along with representatives from the university's monitoring and maintenance departments.
