The Dean of the College of Education at Al-Noor University chaired a discussion committee at Salahaddin University

Professor Dr. Khazal Fathi Zidan, the Dean of the College of Education at Al-Noor University, chaired a thesis defense committee for the doctoral dissertation presented by the student Shah Wabu Faraj Hameed to the College of Languages at Salahaddin University. The dissertation was titled 'Mechanisms of Discourse in Ibn Muti's Al-Fiyyah,' supervised by Professor Dr. Ashwaq Mohammed Ismail Al-Najjar. The defense committee included Assistant Professor Dr. Ribwar Allah Khatab, Assistant Professor Dr. Khalid Ahmed Huwaz, Assistant Professor Dr. Shukat Taha Mahmoud, and Assistant Professor Dr. Nazneen Omar Abdulrahman.
