With the presence of Professor Dr. Yassin Taha Al-Hajjar, the College of Engineering at Al-Noor University, in collaboration with the Continuing Education Department at the university's presidency, organized a panel discussion on climate change and the reality of Mosul Dam. The event took place at 9:00 AM on Tuesday, 30/4/2024, in Room D1 of the Laboratory Building. The session began with a speech by Professor Dr. Yassin Taha Al-Hajjar, followed by a lecture by Assistant Professor Dr. Kamel Ali Abdel-Mohsen on Mosul Dam, discussing its benefits and risks. This was followed by a lecture by Assistant Lecturer Saad Salih Thiab on the effects of climate change on Mosul Dam Lake. This scientific meeting was attended by Professor Dr. Sameer Khalaf Abdullah, Assistant President for Scientific Affairs, and several department heads.
