Maysam is a teacher at Al-Noor University College. She joined Al-Noor University College in February 2023, to teach chemistry. She obtained a master's degree in industrial chemistry from the College of Science at the University of Mosul under the supervision of Prof. Fawzi Habib Gabriel. She obtained a patent for the preparation of new microscopic spherical hydrogels, and two research papers on polymer chemistry were published in well-known journals. Maysam is also interested in nanochemistry and seeks research and development in several different fields
