Dr. Rana Saad Al-Sufi, the instructor in the Department of Law at Al-Noor University College, participated in the work of the second scientific conference that was held in Kalan Hall in Erbil for the period from the eighth to the tenth of June 2022 under the title (The Absent Dimensions of Wars, Epidemics, Migration, Climate Change and its Impact on Social Engineering for Arab and Internationally). Where she presented a research entitled (Dimensions of International Protection for Children during Armed Conflicts). This conference was held by the Nineveh Unified Development Association in cooperation with the Arab-German Cultural Institute in Berlin and the German-Arab Academy for Education and Environment Projects.

In appreciation of the great efforts performed and exerted by Prof. Dr. Rayan Salim Hamid, Dean of the College of Dentistry at the University of Mosul, and in gratitude from Al-Noor University College for the continuous support by him in supplying the scientific process in the Department of Dentistry with teaching competencies and the presidency of the examination center for the Assessment Examinations, Prof. Dr. Talal Hameed Al-Salman, Head of the Department Dentistry at Al-Noor University College presented a certificate of appreciation and the college shield to the Dean so that cooperation and communication based on the integration between the two academic institutions remains as the great relationship between the scientific edifices in the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
