Al-Noor University College is keen to complete its scientific scene, which ensures its high standing among Iraqi universities, and one of the requirements for this completion in the context of its pursuit is the issuance of scientific journals. Today, Al-Noor University College begins its first step on the ground by issuing the first issue (Al Noor Journal for Humanitarian Studies ) is a periodical magazine concerned with publishing linguistic and legal studies. Its editor-in-chief is Prof. Dr. Khazal Fathi Zidan, Head of the Arabic Language Department at the College, and its editing is managed by Asst. Prof. Dr. Ismail Abdel-Wahab Ismail. It includes 19 members of the editorial board and 6 international experts. The magazine is publishing in its first section specializes in Arabic language and literature three research papers by teachers and researchers from Al-Noor University College, the Open Educational College, and the General Directorate of Education of Nineveh, and in its second section of legal research, three research papers by teachers from Al-Noor University College and the College of Law at the University of Nineveh, and in its third section of English language and literature research, three research papers by teachers from the College of Al-Noor University and the College of Education for Humanities at the University of Mosul.
