Dr. Omar Qutaiba Badr Al-Din, Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmacy at Al-Noor University College, participated as a member and supervisor in the discussion committee of the postgraduate student for the doctoral stage in the specialty of community pharmacy, Bhutan Abdul Qader Saleh, who defended his thesis submitted to the College of Pharmacy at Hawler University under the title (pharmacovigilance study in Kurdistan region-iraq) The discussion committee was headed by Dr. Haider Fakhri Al-Takamji, professor at the Baghdad College of Medical Sciences, and included in its membership Dr. Abu Bakr Majeed Saleh, professor at Hawler Medical University, Dr. Harith Khaled Mohammed, assistant professor at the University of Mosul, and Dr. Ali Aziz Ali, assistant professor at the University of Baghdad and Dr. Zahir Taher Mushir Kurdi from Raparin Medical Hospital
