Under the patronage of His Excellency, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naim Al-Abboudi, Al-Noor University College organized the third International Scientific Conference on the English Language, under the title "AI & Technology in Languages, Humanities, Social Sciences and Education". The opening remarks were delivered by Dr. Mohammed Abbas Ahmed, Acting Director of Private Higher Education, representing the ministry, along with Dr. Mohammed Khalil, Director of Planning Department at the ministry. Following this, the Dean of the College, Dr. Yassin Taha Al-Hajjar, delivered his speech, followed by Dr. Habis Mohammed Khalifa, President of Jadara University. Subsequently, research sessions commenced, featuring 25 presentations by researchers from the United Arab Emirates (a German researcher), Malaysia, France, Iraq, Jordan, China, Saudi Arabia, Canada, the Russian Federation, the United States of America, Nigeria, Turkey, Ecuador, Yemen, and Algeria
