As part of the participation of students from Al-Noor University College in Iraqi, Arab and international activities, the Scout Activities Unit affiliated with the Student Activities Division at the college, and a number of students participated in (the First International University Scout Youth Forum), as well as in a course for developing officials of the divisions and units of international Scout activities.
The forum was hosted by the city of Hilla in Babil Province for the period from 3 to 7 March 2024,. It was inaugurated at Al-Mustaqbal University with the presence of high-level dignitaries and lecturers from Lebanon, Egypt, Kuwait, Morocco, and Saudi Arabia. Sequential lectures were delivered, and participants were assigned various duties, along with organizing a tourist visit to the ancient ruins of Babylon and attending several cultural and artistic events, including a visit to the art exhibition held by participating universities within the premises of Al-Mustaqba University. Finally, awards and certificates were distributed to the participants. Upon the return of the team members, they were received by the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Yassin Taha Al-Hajjar, and the shield and certificate of appreciation were handed over to the college.
