Al-Noor University College is keen to achieve direct rapprochement with higher education institutions, including government and private universities and colleges, to build and strengthen cooperation programs, exchange experiences, cross-fertilize the experiences of teaching staff, and improve students’ capabilities. The college held a twinning agreement with the Middle Technical University, which was signed by its dean, Professor Dr. Yassin Taha. Al-Hajjar and signed by the Middle Technical University, its president, Prof. Dr. Wadhah Amer Hatem Yahya Al-Tamimi. The agreement stipulates academic cooperation, joint scientific research, activating visits between the two sides, quality management, academic evaluation, and conducting examinations in the joint colleges and departments.
