As part of the vibrant and creative communication between Al-Noor University and its graduates, a group of graduates from various departments and graduating classes visited the university. They expressed their happiness and pride in the college's transition to a university by presenting a bouquet of flowers to its community. Inspired by the beauty and fragrance of the flowers, they symbolized the essence of the university deep within them, emphasizing its organization and academic excellence. They were nurtured by it and prepared to take their places and fulfill their roles in various government institutions.

The initial days of Al-Noor University's transition to a university were marked by the presence of prominent figures in the city, including officials and intellectuals, who came to extend their congratulations to the university community, express their joy, and declare readiness for cooperation. A delegation from the Nineveh Traffic Directorate, led by Colonel Wissam Fathi Al-Jaaf, visited the university. The delegation was received by Professor Dr. Yassin Taha Al-Hajjar, the university president. A fruitful dialogue took place aimed at deepening cooperation and exchanging expertise. The meeting commenced with the presentation of a bouquet of flowers from the Nineveh Traffic Directorate to Al-Noor University, presented by Colonel Wissam Al-Jaaf and received by Professor Dr. Yassin Taha Al-Hajjar.

As part of fostering communication with Al-Noor University and expressing the reception of cultural organizations and unions to the transformation of the college into a university with a spirit of enlightenment, a delegation from the Writers and Authors Union of Nineveh visited the university. The delegation included the poet Saad Mohammed, the president of the union in Nineveh, and the poet Abdul-Munim Al-Amir, a member of the central council of the General Union of Writers and Authors in Iraq. They presented a beautiful and expressive painting to the university, embracing both the university emblem and the union's logo, symbolizing genuine partnership and collaborative efforts in serving the community by revitalizing culture and enhancing the cultural level of people.

في اطار التمهيد لعقد المؤتمر العلمي العالمي الثاني للطيران والتنمية المستدامة الذي تقيمه جامعة النور و المزمع عقده في رحاب جامعة كليشم في اسطنبول بتركيا زار وفد من جامعة كليشم جامعة النور يرأسه الاستاذ الدكتور سيڤيتين أردا مساعد رئيس الجامعة حيث التقى الوفد بالاستاذ الدكتور ياسين طه الحجار رئيس جامعة النور وجرى الحديث حول المؤتمر وآفاق توسيع التعاون بين الجامعتين مع استعراض الجوانب المتاحة لهذا التعاون وتم توقيع اتفاقية تعاون بين الجامعتين..وتم تنظيم جولة للوفد بين كليات الجامعة واقسامها ومنشآتها للتعرف عليها ميدانيا.
